From inception, Dwayne was very attentive, patient and professional. No matter how indecisive we were at times, he never showed annoyance, he always listened and found a way to incorporate whatever vision we had. I was especially impressed with his speedy responses to emails/telephone calls. He went above and beyond in areas that weren't even related to his scope of services. When the dress I received was not what I had ordered, I was devastated and thought I had to postpone my wedding since it was 3 weeks before the big day and there was no way I could possibly get a new dress made in that time. Dwayne contacted a friend of his who is a well-known local designer and asked her to assist and despite her being swamped with work, she contacted me and offered to make my dress.
